Information we receive
We may receive contact details and information you choose to provide when making an enquiry or using an HQHub account supplied by your organisation.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide and secure the service, support authorised users, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to host, protect or operate HQHub, subject to appropriate safeguards. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required.
Your organisation
For customer account data, the organisation providing your account may be the controller responsible for deciding how that data is used. Requests about those records should normally be directed to that organisation.
